About NGC

Howie Niskar is the Principal for Niskar Group Consulting based in Michigan. He has over 30 years of award-winning sales and leadership experience in medical sales, covering various products, specialties, markets, and call points. Howie is a multi-faceted sales leader who has won numerous top sales awards and built multiple high-performing teams nationwide.  He has worked with both start-up and established companies such as Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, Terumo Medical, Veracyte, Inc.,  Barx Medical (now part of Medtronic), NeuroMetrix, and Cleveland HeartLab.  As a firm believer in strategic selling and coaching, Howie is passionate about sharing his techniques to build the competencies and behaviors that lead to sales excellence.

Howie provides consulting services for start-ups and established companies looking for everything from go-to-market strategies and building teams, to creating strategies to achieve hypergrowth in sales and revenue. Additionally, Howie firmly believes in helping to create a collaborative and team-oriented environment where leaders and team members feel empowered to share success and loss to improve outcomes to develop a well-functioning organization. 

 

He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. Howie and his wife, Lisa, an Interior Designer, live in the Metro Detroit Area with their four dogs.
